2. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, patterns and details as accurately as possible. However slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and photography; this does not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (for online payment) or the order is placed and confirmed by our team (for Cash on Delivery).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity in such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and coverage. AL-Musafir Collection is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
